The sleeper sofa looks really beautiful. This came in 2 packages, the logistics team that Amazon assigned this package to did some blunder and delivered only 1 of the 2 packages initially. I had to follow up and talk to Amazon to get the 2nd package delivered. Though the delivery option was to leave it inside the house, they left the 2nd package outside the house (since the delivery wasn't planned) and I had to move the heavy package inside the house on my own.Installation took some time. I would say approx 2 hours to get the complete thing setup. It was all well explained in the booklet. The bed under the sofa is not that smooth to pull and push. I think that is some defect in the tool that is doing the push and pull under the sofa. I need to basically lift the sofa a bit on the edge to push and pull the bed (not happy). I will try talking to customer service regarding the same. The sofa also has a hollow area on one of the top corners (which i fear may lead to a hole). Apart from these the overall sofa does look very beautiful. We are happy about the purchase and i would recommend it to anyone who is willing to buy.Updated review after approx 9 month. The piece at the intersecting point (of Lshape) has become very very hard. Don't feel like sitting on it. Can literally feel the inner suspension springs below it. In terms of usage, it was used mildly by a family of 2. Since there is no easy service or fix I don't recommend it.--------------Update 3/09: After almost 10 month, the couch just gave up. We are just 2 ppl in our house and use the couch casually but the underlying springs gave up and became lose. Now when i sit on it, it feels very hard and causes lot of discomfort. I reached out to the manufacturer "Furniture of America" via their email id [email protected]. They kept delaying the response and after almost 1 month (And 20 email exchanges) agreed to replace the part but said i need to pay for the transportation of the couch, which comes in few hundreds.Lesson learnt - never buy these from Amazon. My experience with Costco on the couches has been a lot better since they own the inventory.
