The company never sent me the right amount of screws or legs, they sent different sizes of legs, and the screws (the amount I was able to use) aren't strong enough to keep the armrests in place if people put their weight on them. It hasn't been fully assembled since I got it because I got tired of messaging the customer service. One star for not good quality, not the right tools and legs, not getting proper help, and being stuck with a half complete couch.I originally found this sofa on wayfair. I had been hunting for the perfect dark green sleeper sectional sofa for MONTHS and this was the only one I kept finding. It was close enough to all my points, except the sofa only turns into a single bed. But the color was perfect, and the price was too. So I ordered it on the other site and suddenly it’s back ordered and it won’t ship for months. Wtf! So I kept hunting and I found this one on Amazon. Exact same photos, but even better price! And It arrived in two weeks! Came in two huge boxes. The first box I opened and bolts and washers went flying all over the room. Luckily I was able to find them all and still had all the pieces to assemble the sofa. My dad built most of it and he complained the whole time about what a bad design it was and how flimsy the construction was. The arm rests are barely attached and the black fabric on the bottom had to be cut up to get the bolts through. But all in all the sofa is nice looking, turns into a sleeper which I wanted, and it was still a great price. I detached the ottoman so I can move it freely depending where I sit. It’s comfortable enough for my minimal tv watching. And it looks nice and fancy being dark green velvet. It’s very easy to clean, too. Not the best sofa ever but for the price, it’ll do.
