We received a third of it a few days after the first 2/3 showed up, but once we had it all it was super easy to put together, I mostly did it myself which is insane. Super nice feeling and we've already washed the covers once (messy cats) and they were still perfect and not to hard to put back on the cushions. I just wish it had real armrests instead of pillows.
