A good flagpole for home use. It comes with a solid ground sleeve for use to secure the long pole to the ground. All other accessories are solid metal and easy to assemble. Overall quality is good. Please refer to my pictures.Flagpoles are easy to assemble, and advertised. So far, it has been goodThis flagpole is strong and fairly well made. I have had issues with collapsible flagpoles in the past and this pole seems to have avoided some of the issues the other poles had. Just in case, I have drilled a small hole in each section and put in a small screw to make sure it is not going to collapse or come out...but I just may just be being overly cautious, as I am a bit gun shy. This appears to be a well made flag pole and has held up well so far.I am happy with this pole. I give it 4 stars!A couple of the poles were flattened at the end so I had to use a broom handle to round hem out a tad. No big deal but still gets a 4 star rating for that from me. Otherwise a very decent kit. It is complete with everything you need except for the muscles to dig the hole and the cement to fill it with. The flag is decent quality and so is the hardware. It should last a while under normal use. The ball finial at the top is a strange gold/copper/orange color. It really pops in the sun. I like it.My last setup like this didn't include a PVC sleeve like this has. You set this in the ground first, then slide the first pole section into that. I think this will make the install easier. I had the whole kit assembled in under 30 minutes, with the flag flying. Then I had to take it down [sad face]. I need some stone to put in the bottom of my hole so that is first. then the hole, then the installation.I'm excited. 4 stars for buggered pole ends I had to fix but, a strong 4 stars. This flagpole was easy to put together, but on the other hand it is also easy to take down. The pole is put together in sections and they just rest in each other, nothing to hold them together permanently. With just a little lift, the pole comes down again in sections. I would prefer a more permanent pole, but this one serves its intended purpose.Ok, I wanted a regular flag pole so when this became available, I ordered it. Here is what I found:1. I have a 25 foot pole so there are actually 6 sections to it. The sections just slide into each other and NOTHING locks it in place. This is an issue because if you lift it at any place other than the base 4 foot section, parts of the pole will fall out. Even if you get past that the sections will turn while in the wind and moves the pulley away from the cleat so it looks sloppy.I would up putting in sheet metal screws into each section to lock it in place.2. The instructions tell you to assemble using included tools. Ok, what tools???? You will need a crescent wrench for the double retaining nut for the ball and a #2 Philips for the cap on top and screws to mount the cleat with.3. If you want to fly your flag at night and do not have auxiliary lighting, there are many solar caps that mount on top using the ball. This pole is designed for that to be in place. You can find them on Amazon.4. You will need to measure your spacing for the clips that you will tie onto the line for the flag. Ensure you set them to put some tension on the flag if you want it to look nice.5. Use a level to ensure you get the holder set in concrete straight!!!! A slight error on the ground looks like feet in the air.All in all, not bad with some modifications. This is a good flag pole, with the only potential concern being that the sections are only slid together and not attached with screws (unless you provide them and do it, which I suggest). I really like the sleeve idea, which works pretty good. The sleeve on mine slides on and off easily and the parts fit together well.It looks good easy to install and put together. The hardest part is finding out where my wife wants to put it ? I still don't know So I attached it to our bike rack for now. Overall it's pretty good. With it being sectional it's not a 100% straight and a little bit wobbly not too bad though. The flag itself is OK it should last a while it could use some extra grommets in the middle for attaching it to the rope.
