These are perfect to protect from petsit's quilted and even when my cats claws get into them, they have not pulled I bought three pieces, one of the 43"x94"/Rectangular and two of the 43 x 36. Unfortunately, the one 43 x 36 doesn't match the other two pieces. That's why I'm only giving a 4 star instead of a 5. The seller sent a replacement but let me know that it still may not match, and it didn't. However, it's not too noticeable and it still serves the purpose of protecting my furniture. Most people won't notice, unless OCD (like me). Still worth it in my opinion. I would buy them again.
